Exchange and refund policy

EXCHANGE:
To obtain the exchange of an item that does not suit you, you have 30 days from the date of your online order to reship this item to us using the Canada Post label attached to your package, valid in Canada.
Please complete the return form included with your order. In the event that you have not received the return label, please contact customer service 1 877 877 5554 # 0 or # 4.

REFUND:
It will be made in the same form as the original payment and will be released to you within two (2) weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise *. This mention is effective as of Tuesday, August 15, 2023, for online orders. We will deduct a $16 administration fee for each partial or total refund request.

Final sale, products purchased in liquidation (51% and more)are no longer covered under our guarantee. These products are therefore non-refundable, non-exchangeable. In case of return, they will not be refunded or sent back.

Gift card

This gift card may be used at any Avalanche store only.

Simply present your gift card at the sales counter at the time of purchase.

The sale of a gift card is not taxable. When a gift card is used to pay for a purchase, it is treated as a payment method similar to cash. Therefore, sales taxes must be calculated on the price of each item sold before the value of the gift card is deducted.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available from January 11, 2021, orders are usually completed and ready to be picked up within 24 hours at the store:

Hamel, Monday to Friday 12 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Msa, Monday to Friday 12 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

If you choose the in-store pickup option, you will have no delivery charges. In addition, you can proceed to an exchange without delay, subject to the availability of sizes, and take a look at the other items available on the website.

You must pick up your order within 10 days from the date of your order confirmation email. If your order is not picked up, you will receive an email reminder. A five (5) day extension will then be granted. If you do not pick up your order within this period, we will cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.

Ski rental policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT

I understand that the fastening system cannot guarantee the safety of strong, the user. As for alpine skiing, the binding system will not come off, not every time, not in every circumstance, or it could prevent the injury or death; furthermore, it is impossible to foresee every situation in which it will emerge.

I agree to release the Avalanche store, its employees, its owners, members of its group, agents, managers, administrators as well as equipment manufacturers and distributors ( collectively, t> of any liability for injury, death, loss or damage to property resulting from the use, equipment, including any liability resulting from the NEGLIGENCE of SUPPLIERS or another person or cause.

I agree to usethe equipment shown on this form as is and I accept full financial responsibility for the maintenance of the equipment while it is in my possession. I will be responsible for the replacement equipment leased under this form, at its replacement value, if it equipment leased under this form, at its replacement value, if it I agree to return the rented equipment to the agreed date.
The information of a valid credit card for the duration of the possession of the equipment by the tenant is compulsory for the rental of all ski equipment.
